Zipline & Check in
799 Piiholo Road | DIRECTIONS
This is where you will check in for all of our tours. Go-Pros available for rent, small selection of t-shirts and hoodies for purchase, porta-potties.
Please Note
- All zipline, treetop zipline, and hiking tours check in at the Outpost building, located at 799 Piiholo Rd, Makawao HI 96768.
- Guests on the Zip & Waterfall Hike Combo Tours will be picked up at the Kahului Park’n’Ride area (see directions below).
To Piiholo Ranch Zipline from Kihei, Wailea
- Take Piilani Highway (Hwy. 31) through Kihei and take a right on Mokulele Highway (Hwy. 311).
- Head toward Kahului until taking a right at Dairy Road (Highway 380).
- Continue through town until turning right on Hana Highway (Hwy. 36).
- At the next intersection, turn right onto Haleakala Highway (Hwy. 37) up toward Haleakala.
- Turn left on Makawao Avenue (Hwy. 365) and proceed about 2 miles.
- At the 4-way stop in Makawao town, continue straight through the main intersection on Makawao Avenue for .02 miles.
- Turn right on Piiholo Road immediately past St. Joseph’s Church and Cemetery.
- Continue on Piiholo Road for 1.2 miles and look for the Zipline parking area and check-in office on the left.
To Piiholo Ranch Zipline from Lahaina, Kaanapali
- Take Honoapiilani Highway (Hwy. 30) from Lahaina past Ma’alaea and turn right on Highway 380 to Kahului.
- Once in Kahului, turn right on Hana Highway (Hwy. 36) and continue driving north until the next intersection.
- Turn right onto Haleakala Highway (Hwy. 37) up toward Haleakala.
- Turn left on Makawao Avenue (Hwy. 365) and proceed about 2 miles.
- At the 4-way stop in Makawao town, continue straight through the main intersection on Makawao Avenue for .02 miles.
- Turn right on Piiholo Road immediately past St. Joseph’s Church and Cemetery.
- Continue on Piiholo Road for 1.2 miles and look for the Zipline parking area and check-in office on the left.
To Kahului Park n’ Ride from Lahaina, Ka’anapali, Kapalua, the West side of the island
- Head south on Highway 30 as if you’re going to Kahului Airport.
- Turn right onto Hwy 380.
- Five miles down 380 there’s a long concrete block wall on left.
- Turn left across highway into “Park n’ Ride” commuter lot against that wall.
- Look for the green and white van with Hike Maui on the doors.
To Kahului Park n’ Ride from Wailea, Makena, Kihei, the South side of the island
- Highway 31 (Pi’ilani Highway) – head north.
- Follow airport signs to Kahului, bearing right onto Hwy 311.
- After 10 minutes, look for big church (King’s Cathedral), then move into left lane.
- Turn left onto Hwy 380 (Kuihelani Hwy).
- Go 200 yards and turn right into “Park n’ Ride” commuter lot.
- Park your car against the long concrete block wall.
- Look for the green and white van with Hike Maui on the doors.
